You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout, including a valid email address. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by inaccurate email details submitted by the user.

• We do not process or store your full card details on our servers.

Purchased video access links are sent electronically to the email provided after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on payment confirmation and email service performance.

Because products are digital and delivered electronically, sales are generally final unless otherwise required by law. If you encounter access issues, contact support and we will reasonably assist with re-delivery.
